Open access journals are journals available for free that are easily accessible for users to “read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles.” Many scholarly and peer-reviewed articles can be found through open access sites. Many of these journals can be found in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
